MacGuffin’s Curse is a game developed by Brawesome. I explored one of their previous games, Jolly Rover, and I had a lot of high praises to sing about that game. In fact, after playing that game, I was really looking forward to this one. Jolly Rover was a fun point and click adventure game with clever writing and fun puzzles. If you haven’t played it yet, you... (more...)

Jolly Rover PC Review
Jolly Rover PC Review, It’s Jolly Good! A couple of questions might be in order right now. Ok, really just one. That question may be “What is Jolly Rover?” And the question only becomes more intriguing when it’s an indie game that people might have missed a couple of years back. Jolly Rover is a point and click adventure game made by Brawesome,... (more...)
Ghost Recon Online – First Impressions
Ok, let’s get one thing out of the way first. I LOVE the Ghost Recon games. I like all of the Tom Clancy games, but the Ghost Recon games really do stand out for me. I’m not exactly the biggest fan of these games, but they are the only games I genuinely get excited for when it involves militaristic shooters. With that said, Ghost Recon Online is going to be... Out There Somewhere Review
While not all indie games are going to be masterpieces and it can take a bit to actually find games that are true gems without it already being popular, I think it’s safe to say that Out There Somewhere, a game developed by MiniBoss, is a game that you don’t want to miss out. I’m not sure if it will take off, but this is one of the most cleverest and... (more...)
Antipole Review
Antipole is an indie game from Saturine Games that first started off as a simple game for an indie competition and after it got positive reception, the guys decided the flesh out the game a little bit. Apparently, this game was inspired by classics like Mega Man(a game I really like) and Super Metroid(another game I really like), so what we have here is a side-scroller... (more...)
Battlefield 3 PC Review
Battlefield 3 is the sixth game in the Battlefield series…..ok, not exactly, but there’s a little more than 3, and if you count Bad Company, it’s also not exactly the third installment in the series either. However, this game ended up to be Battlefield 3, and it’s been anticipated by a lot of people, especially those who feel like they are sick... (more...)
Deus Ex: Human Revolution PC Review
DISCLAIMER: I have not played the first Deus Ex game. Actually, before playing this game, I tried playing the first game, but I got stuck on the first level and just decided to play the newer game. I’ll get around to beating the first game, for those who think I should play it through, because it can’t be claimed to be the greatest PC game ever made for nothing,... (more...)
Star Wars: The Old Republic PC Review
Star Wars: The Old Republic has been anticipated for a really long time. For a lot of us, we were expecting a new change to the MMO formula with a more story driven experience, cool combat, and even voice acting. Things were really looking up for this game. In the end though, the same basic MMO formula is still there. And when I say basic, I mean World of Warcraft kind... (more...)
