Bag of Games was founded by Marko Kari in September 2008 for a one simple reason: I love to write about games. During the years the site has evolved as it now stands, but still in the core of Bag of Games stands the love for the gaming industry.
While the site wasn’t aiming to be a professional gaming site, our mission is to provide honest reviews and thoughts about the games industry. Maybe with this site, you could find the best games to choose from. Bag of Games is also here to keep you updated with gaming news and game-related content.
All in all Bag of Games isn’t anything all too spectacular, just people who’re interested in games and like to write about it.

I have always been captivated with games, be it console, board, card or any types of games. I remember spending hours playing Inter Karate + with Commodore 64, enjoying myself playing first Tekken’s in the arcades or starting my Playstation for the first time with Final Fantasy VII inside. Video games thus have always been present, more or less. Twitter: gamebag

Video games have shaped my perspective of the world, the friendships I’ve maintained, taught me about healthy competition, trained my hand eye coordination, abstract reasoning and spatial sense to peek proficiency, led me to pursue a career in programming, and have been a constant companion, a welcome escape and an extension of how I experience life. I love being able to share the unique experiences I’ve had playing some of the best games with others.

I love games. I love games. Cannot be said enough. Aren’t they smashing? It’s all too easy to take games for granted, all too easy to fall out of love with these things that want nothing more, NOTHING more, than to give us fun. Remember fun? If I enjoy a game, I’ll write about it here; try to work out why I enjoyed it, and help you work out whether you would too. See you around!

If you ask my dad, I’ve been playing games before I was even 2. This could be the reason why I’ve stuck with games for such a long time. I remember games all the way back from the SNES era, and I have also been into the DOS point and click adventure games. I remember Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Monkey Island, and Sam and Max. I’m also a Nintendo fan, and have enjoyed most of the recent games that they have been coming out.

Video games have been with me for as long as I can remember. My childhood is filled with memories of Lylat Wars, Super Smash Brothers, Pokemon Ruby and many others. Games can influence people in ways that any other medium can’t come close to and as I get older I keep understanding and respecting them more. This passion has led me to review and critique a variety of titles and I’ll do my best to disect a game fairly and be as entertaining as possible.
