Release Date: January 26th
Platform: PS3, 3DS
I’m sucker for a good story. That is the reason why I simply love Studio Ghibli’s movies. Ever since I’ve heard about a game, which would have Studio Ghibli working on the animations and story and my favorite developer Level-5 doing the actual game, I was sold. Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch surely has all the potential to be one of the best games of 2013.
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs
Release Date: Janurary (possibly)
The first Amnesia scare the ever living poo out of me, and it makes me wonder how they’re ever go to top that game. It takes place in the same universe as the first Amnesia, but it’s going to feature a new setting and cast of characters. I’ll admit that I’m excited for this game because I loved the first Amnesia so much. And while I’m going into this game with high hopes but low expectations, I’m bringing my brown pants just in case.
Devil May Cry
Release Date: January 15, 2013
Platform: Xbox 360, PS3
The Devil May Cry reboot is coming and if you’re a hardcore fan of the series you hate everything about it and are disgusted with the direction the game has taken.
If you’re like me, however ,and have logged only a few hours with one of the previous iterations you might be excited about this new take on a game that basically set the standard for insane combat systems.
God Of War, Prince of Persia and Darksiders all take more than a few cues from this franchise. Lets hope this western developed relaunch will make the game a brand that exists outside the realm of action elitists.
