It depends a lot who the parents are and what kind of violence they actually tolerate in games, but here are few PS3 games that are suitable for kids. This list includes Rated E games and includes titles that are not only suitable for smaller kids, but games that everyone can enjoy (and that is the thing every father thinks about when they’re about to buy games for their children). 1. Little Big Planet 2
Imagine a world created by you or your friends and playing in it. LittleBigPlanet 2 is a must buy for everyone, not just parents with small kids. Up to 4 players on one screen, this game is Awesome in a form of a game. The game has massive replay value with millions user-created levels. You can buy the earlier installment as well.

2. ModNation Racers
Modnation Racers is a racing game that has not only excellent gameplay and online play, but also “Play, Create, Share” mantra, which is the same first outlined by platformer LittleBigPlanet which made it a hit. The game has hours of fun to offer. Read our review here.

Why so high? All in all a very rich racing experience with lots of customization!
Why so low? Long loading times and few bugs.
3. Rayman Origins
Ubisoft’s Rayman Origins inhales the kind of creativity and craftsmanship that have been largely missing in 2D platformers for a very long time. The game is pure sidescrolling platformer that you can play with friend since it includes a 4-player couch play co-op. The game has lots of different worlds to discover so your kid can thrust out to bizarre landscapes, bounce from baddie to baddie and enjoy the ride. Read our review here

Why so high? The game will captivate audiences of all ages with its great graphics and catchy music.
Why so low? Tends to be difficult at the later levels.
4. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga
Fun and especially creative, this LEGO title is one of the best, and maybe the greatest, of LEGO games. Play through the Star Wars movies in LEGO universe. The game has great graphics, gameplay and details. This is a game which is really enjoyable to play together with your kid.

Why so high? This is a creative game with lots of things to do. You’ll enjoy the humor.
Why so low? There are some minor problems with the camera angles.
5. Sonic and SEGA All-stars Racing
This one is another gorgeous karting title, but in SEGA universe.The game offers a great Kart game formula, but doesn’t quite have all the things Modnation Racers includes. The game has smooth gameplay combined with speed! Well-designed courses offer lots of variety and there are good amount of characters to choose from. Read our review here

Why so high? Lots of variety and fun racing game against friends online or offline.
Why so low? No tournaments or customization.
